Duties Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead the assigned team of Architects and Technicians
• (Draughtsman) on a day to day basis and ensure that design excellence is
• achieved throughout
• Responsible for the correctness, accuracy and complete multi-disciplinary
• coordination of the design documentation prepared by the assigned team
• Coordinate and develop responses to review comments, tender queries,
• contractor's queries
• Responsible, with guidance from senior team members, for the preparation
• and compilation of design presentations and design reports
• Proficiency in preparing specifications is an asset
• Awareness of BIM approach (Clash analysis, 4D, 5D, nD) is an asset
• Appreciate the team working and able to collaboratively work within
• multidisciplinary and multi-cultural team

Qualities and Skills Required

• Architectural degree is a must (B. Arch)
• Minimum 10 years post graduate experience (min. 7 years in preparing
• detailed design & tender documents)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Extensive project experience, developed leadership, communication &
• presentation skills
• Cordial relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Understanding of scope definition and scope interface
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT, word processing and presentation
• programs
